Refund Policy

1. Returns

- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable:

- Downloadable software or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (processing time may vary).

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.ramkrishnakushwah@gmail.com.
5. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or wrong.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you're returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
